I designed this for my ez curl bar, so that I can use 51mm plates. an also be used on dumbbell. Length: 12cm Inner Hole Diameter: 29mm Outer Diameter: 51mm Included 2 files, the default is 12cm long adapter and an extra 14cm adapter. On picture I used 12cm(Barbell_Adapter).
