Silicon wheels & mold for 150 g combat robot. - Wheel outer dia: 28 mm - Hub dia:24 mm - Axels: 3 mm D-Shaft Remember that different filaments and printing settings gives different hole sizes, so you might have to find your own suitable settings for proper D-shaft sizing. Stuff needed: - Sanitary silicone, silicone used in aquariums or casting silicone - Silicone spray for molds - Ice cream sticks - Rubber gloves - Plastic cup for silicone How to: 1. Assembly molds, prepare stuff and put gloves on. 2. Add silicone into cup. 3. Spray molds with silicone spray. 4. Add silicone into hubs and molds with icecream stick and make sure it goes properly into holes. 5. Put hub into mold. 6. Add more silicone between hub and mold, press and make sure it goes well and no air is left. 7. Wipe leftovers away and leave wheel to dry for 24-36 hours into place with good ventilation. 8.
