These are still works-in-progress models that haven't been printed yet. They were created using Sketchup and then repaired in NetFabb to ensure they'll print correctly. This model comes in five separate files: one ground floor and three upper floors, plus a single roof file. Each part is designed with stackability in mind - simply insert a 3mm or 4mm thick sheet of styrene plastic into the upper recesses for seamless stacking. The roof itself doesn't have pre-applied shingles, so you can either use pre-made ones or get creative and add your own unique touches like riveted plates to give it a steampunk-inspired look.
