This is a derivative of an accredited file along with my earlier two story adaptation of that file. I took my earlier two story building, removed the second floor, and adapted the roof section to eliminate the partial window, adding stucco and exposed brick sections. The building can be printed at 0.3mm layer settings, requiring supports due to the overhanging bits on its exterior. I primed with a grey rattle can spray primer and used craft paint for finishing, followed by an ink wash and dry brush before applying a spray matte finish. For variation, utilize the "mirror" setting of your slicer to create mirror image buildings. Just ensure you apply this change to both files; it won't affect this instance, but adopting this habit is beneficial when mirroring all files in a collection, as I've learned from experience.
