Monk with Heavy Staff miniature for tabletop gaming made by scaling down an existing model found at http://www.123dapp.com/123C-3D-Model/Monk-Heavy-Staff/1102384 to approximately 28mm 'heroic' size and giving it a sturdy base. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Wilson Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .05 mm layer height with a .25 mm nozzle Infill: 100% Notes: Lay the model flat on its back with the left upper arm parallel to the build plate. With Cura, use grid supports throughout and make sure the right arm is properly supported. The model has plenty of support material and rough surfaces on the back. When removing support material around the staff, be gentle as the wrist area is a bit fragile due to its 45-degree angle print orientation. To address this, I thickened the wrist slightly but it still won't withstand much stress or abuse.
