This fountain has great potential for adding realism to dungeons and towns. It comes with multiple print options and realistic water effects that I aimed to achieve through its design. If there's enough interest in a full printable version, I'll definitely create one. In my D&D campaign, this statue is of Wenta, the Alewife, who's a lesser goddess of brewing and harvest. On the first day of spring, farmers throw coins into the fountain as an offering to secure a bountiful autumn harvest. The more valuable the coin, the better the harvest will be. Offering nothing or stealing from the fountain can be seen as a disrespect and might lead to a poor crop year. To create the water effect, I grouped together several strands of fishing line and super-glued one end into the barrel spout while attaching the other end to the floor of the fountain. For the water inside the fountain, I used two-part clear epoxy resin and added some extra resin to the fishing line as well. Just before the resin set, I stirred it with a toothpick to create ripples. This design is a remix of pieces from dutchmogul, Talismancer, and myself.
