28mm conduit boxes. These are designed to use plastic straws to work as the pipe, I don't know if they will work with paper straws. Simply print out 2 of whichever size you want then insert plastic straws of whatever length you want and there you have it. They come with 3 holes, 2 holes, or a narrow single hole option.
