You Want a Cheap Motor, USB-Power, and the Ability to Tow a Car - Possible? Not Quite Yet, But We're Making Progress! A Modular and Configurable Translation for 28byj-48 Motors Running on 5 or 12 Volts. This System Offers a Range of Options: * From 2 to 6 Transmission Gears * Stackable Components (Simply Scale Them Up in the Z-Axis or Print Custom Parts) * The Exit Gear Connects the Transmission to Another Component * Mount the Motor by Cutting Out a Housing Cutout from Another Material * Use Fit_in_model to Determine Where to Place the Cutout * Utilize Metal (Brass Was Used) for Axes and Gears, and Apply Grease to Reduce Friction The Fitting Gears Are: Gear(mm_per_tooth=2.5,number_of_teeth=[Choose by Application],thickness=[Choose by Application],hole_diameter=4.125+-); Upcoming SCAD Version Files Will Be Available Soon - Still Tidying Up. The System Comprises Four Axes: * Motor Shaft Axis * Gear Stack Axis 1 (Closest to the Motor Axis) * Gear Stack Axis 2 * Exit Gear Axis Instructions for Assembly: 1. Place a Washer Between Components to Reduce Friction if Necessary: * Put the Exit Gear on Axis D * Put the Middle Gear on Axis C * Put the Middle Gear on Axis B, or Top Gear, and Repeat from Step 2 * Put the Main Gear V3 with Axis A Have Fun Building Your Custom Motor System!
