Created to temporarily substitute for a NEMA 17 motor, the 28BYJ-48 fits perfectly in small affordable steppers and has identical diameter and mounting holes as a real NEMA 17 motor.UPDATE: It's proven that this motor has enough power to drive the Z-axis on the Funbot i1 but the fastest speed achieved without losing steps is around 1mm/s with very low acceleration settings. Due to its poor performance, it won't be recommended for any use in this printer.\nPrinted with PLA at 2 perimeters and 25% infill. \nThe .fcsd version has also been uploaded for modification purposes.\nWarning: The 28BYJ-48 stepper motor has extremely poor overall performance compared to even small NEMA17 motors, lacking the power needed to drive an extruder. If you increase the amperage on the stepstick to drive more current than this motor can handle, it will quickly overheat and potentially burn or melt this adapter and other components.\nPrint Settings\nSupported features: \n None\nInfill percentage: \n 25%\nHow I Designed This\nFreeCAD Linux version 0.17
