I was assembling the ToyREP 3D Printer when one stepper motor suddenly burned out, so I took it apart to see what was going on. You might find this information useful for a future project. As soon as I disassembled the printer, I created a model of the plastic cap that had broken easily. You can use it as a replacement or customize its color, but be aware that it hasn't been tested yet. This particular motor has gears with the following tooth counts: 9 teeth on the motor shaft 32 to 11 on the first axis 22 to 9 on the second axis 27 to 8 on the third axis 24 teeth on the output shaft. The ratio of these gear teeth is (32x22x27x24)/(9x11x9x8)=64 Another stepper motor I had previously acquired has gears with the following tooth counts: 32 to 11 on the first axis 22 to 9 on the second axis 26 to 10 on the third axis 31 to 9 on the fourth axis The ratio of these gear teeth is (32x22x26x31)/(9x11x9x10)=63.68395
