This is a revamped version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1221475. Modifications: The lower component can now be secured with screws while still being compatible with the original upper part. A small "deflector shield" has been integrated into the lower part to prevent cables from being damaged by screws. The upper part has been redesigned to accommodate smaller bearings, specifically 624z models obtained from Aliexpress. Additional clearance has been added to the holes of the upper part for improved functionality. FreeCAD sources are included in the package.
