Using the following options: I'm equipping this 3D print with a robust setup that's tailored to its purpose. Teeh are set to a standard quantity of 28, pulley bolt height is a precise 8 millimeters, and m3 nut flats measure an accurate 5.7 units across. Retainer height is kept low at 2 millimeters to maintain sleek lines, while the pulley bolt diameter is specified as 20 units for smooth operation. To further enhance performance, I'm adding a 0.2 unit wide extension to each tooth and designating it as an idler system. A critical nut angle of 180 degrees provides maximum support, with motor shaft clearance carefully set at 8.2 units. Profile height is fixed at 6 units for structural integrity, with retainer bars serving their crucial role. The m3 bolt diameter measures a consistent 3.5 units, and the depth of the m3 nut has been set to an optimal 2.7 units to prevent damage. To finish, I'm setting the pulley top height to a safe 8 millimeters above the platform. Idler components have also received their specific dimensions, with each idler block being 2 millimeters tall. Lastly, to round out the system, I'm defining the nut assembly with two m3 nuts of varying diameters, the larger one measuring an impressive 3.5 units across and the smaller a manageable 1 unit for ease of use.
