28 mm scale - caves / Mines of Moria theme
thingiverse
The wealth of Moria lay not in gold, nor in jewels of untold worth, but rather in Mithril, the precious metal forged by the dwarves. Hello! Here are some basic cave and mine structures for you to print. They're quite easy to make, although it may take some time to assemble them all. Some parts can be made from hardboard or polystyrene, while others require a 3D printer with a bed size of 20 x 20 cm. However, don't worry if your printer has a smaller bed - the parts can easily be resized to fit a 15 cm space without any issues. Additionally, slicing is an option you can explore as well. These structures are designed in 28 mm scale, making them perfect for Lord of the Rings and Hobbit fans, Warhammer enthusiasts, and many others who enjoy building their own miniature worlds. There are plenty of different parts to choose from, allowing you to create your own unique mine or cave system - big or small. You can print them in grey for a classic cave look or green for a more natural landscape with holes and caves. Just let me know if you need any help with building plans for the mine pictured above. Happy printing! Frederique
