Here I had the challenge - crafting an instruction manual for the production of semolina, tailored specifically for dessert manufacturing in a fully automated setup. A critical oversight - yes, a cooking device was lacking! In accordance with the design specifications for the saucepan, it held 4.5 liters. I swiftly identified and designed a 28-liter cookware set. The key feature here: every component must be capable of being used both manually, by hand, as well as fully automatically. Semolina is cooked - through boiling milk with semolina - utilizing hard wheat or soft wheat. We take a slightly different approach: we place some water at the bottom of the pot - then white couverture - followed by semolina, milk - and finally eggs. The entire mixture is stirred in a water bath - resulting in double form (!!) - ensuring it's homogeneous throughout. Next, the lid is placed on - and everything cooks further until completion. After that, we simply abort - and continue cooking without exposing gas, pot - or transporting to an intermediate storage location. We accomplish this with one of our short chains. A storage area consists of an endless chain, built as a tower, here as a heat tower - in which the cookware moves for a while - until it's discharged, opened to distribute the contents. Here we have the required large saucepan with insert and lid. Additionally, one of the well-known short chains is used as a compilation step.
