The ship boasts an intricate level of detail both inside and out, allowing users to customize the deck plans using various configurations. A modular interior enables users to design their own layout, utilizing other Starship or compatible tiles to create a truly unique experience. Featuring moderately sized parts with options for large prints to minimize part counts, this scout ship is perfect for hobbyists who value efficiency and versatility. With over 80 distinct components, the largest part measures 129×125×97mm (5×5×3.8") in size, offering ample space for customization. A variety of configurations can be used to tailor the deck plans to suit individual preferences. Compatible with the OpenLOCK system created by Printable Scenery, users will need to acquire basic OpenLOCK templates to print clips connecting these products. These tiles are commercially available versions of 2nd Dynasty's Starship III Kickstarter from 2019. Please note that these STL files are for personal use only and require a 3D printer or print service to produce the parts. Designed with FDM printers in mind, the parts should be fully printable using PLA, ABS, PETG or PEI plastic at resolutions between 100-200 microns. However, users may achieve better results with SLA/DLP printers (resin) or higher resolution FDM prints. To ensure optimal printing, objects may need to be rotated or supports added, particularly for overhanging areas such as door frames. Parts are designed in 28mm scale (1" squares), but can be easily rescaled using 3D printing software packages.
