You can speedily bore piezo plates using these blocks. Use plates either with or without wires connected. Place the plate at the bottom section, then secure it in place by clamping down with the top part. If your plates include wires, arrange them so they don't obstruct the clamping parts or drill guide. Utilize an electric drill fitted with a 5mm drill bit. The drill hole will guide the bit and the lower support will shield the ceramic from cracking. The benefit of this setup is that you can quickly bore piezo plates with minimal to no sleeves, meaning there's less need for cleaning up the hole afterwards with a file etc...
