I'm testing a custom screen mount for my LG 27EA63V-P monitor, which had a flimsy original mount that broke unexpectedly. To create this replacement, I used PETG filament with an 80% fill setting and applied three perimeter walls along with three top and bottom layers to ensure stability. When printing, the screw face is positioned downwards on the slicer bed to prevent any necessary supports from forming. This design doesn't snap into place within the base holder; instead, it simply fits snugly inside. I may choose to revise this later if needed.
