26650 13s battery pack
thingiverse
This is a custom-made 13S battery pack that utilizes 26650 batteries. I carefully designed each cell to have ample space and airflow, both from the top and bottom. Ideally, it should draw air from the sides and function like a chimney, expelling hot air from the top. Additionally, I ensured that the tabs are less likely to be installed incorrectly, while also preventing the ends from being prone to short circuits. Furthermore, I created tubes and pathways for BMS wires to each end, along with various mounting holes and spots for 3mm thread inserts. The design is modular, allowing users to easily scale up or down depending on their needs. Even when using PLA, it stayed cool enough not to melt, resulting in a nominal 48V pack. I'm currently using this pack to power my lawnmower. When I've completed tweaking and testing the bottom cover and top cap, I'll be happy to share them with you.
