Instructions A Stunning Star Display! That's A Lot of Points! This Model is Currently in Progress, So Feel Free to Print it Out, but Be Aware That It Might Need Some Slight Adjustments Before You're Fully Satisfied with Its Results. Test a Point First and See If It Needs Scaling. There are Two Main Options Here - Either Print 18 Points Without the Small Ones or Add the Extra 8 Smaller Points to Get a Full 26 Points Star Display. A) Either the Normal "Center" Ball for 26 Points, Or the Only Big Points Ball for 18 Points Can be Printed out from this model B) you can also print it with a mount that fits perfectly on any tree, or with a point to hang beautifully on your ceiling. IMPORTANT Notes on Scale this model should normally fit in at exactly 101%, however strange as it may sound the filaments sometimes drop in certain areas of angles that aren't all exactly alike, this was especially evident during printing when small sections of parts required being re-done - even if one does successfully print all points it would most likely have been due to having printed at 100%. However it’s still necessary. What Worked for me was Printing The Center Ball And All Big and Little Point Separately And Before Hand before fully Assembling them a) you can start off by printing out the main center of this Star, either with or without the small points on it if it looks just fine at 101% scale then go ahead - if you did get to a little messiness, print one extra point and rework them all afterwards. b) Printing 17 big point could easily take around only a few minutes by following exactly as told - use no Rafts or supports, two shell layer options should have infills no thicker than 10% for best results. c) And for the full display of twenty-six points: Simply make sure you first get an additional print for the other smaller triangle-shaped Point before attaching them in to place. Don’t worry about that either since they can easily just rework or maybe even better if all is set well from their printing D) For Mount Options and Points that would be easiest placed on ceiling. If it is difficult for you just give the model a few minutes time by following these below printing requirements in A) assembly: the end that’s empty will now be left alone when finished once filled up with stuff as wanted.
