26.0 to 31.8 mm Handlebar Shim

I have a few bikes and one Cygolite front light. One of my bikes has a 26.0 mm handlebar, so I need to tighten down the front light clamp a lot to switch it between this particular bike and my others. This shim is 19 mm in width, which is almost as wide as the Cygolite front mount. It may be too narrow or wide for your accessories, but you can easily edit the SLDPRT file yourself. I printed and mounted this today. The fit was good, and I used electrical tape to secure the two halves together. My Cygolite front light worked well with this setup, but I recommend putting some inner tube on the handlebar first; over bumps, the whole thing would rotate forward because there's friction between the light mount and the shim, but not between the shim and the handlebar.
