Featuring an enlarged casing with near-straight walls, this heeled cartridge is designed for a 13x120 round. Retaining the same primer system, it incorporates a high explosive shell that's inertia-detonated, boasting a safety feature to prevent detonation primers from causing a premature explosion. Instead, pressure triggers the release of the safety cap, which is securely epoxy-sealed. A vacuum charge is included, igniting post-firing and initiating shell detonation as a self-destruct mechanism. This cartridge aims to serve area denial purposes and can be easily integrated into a 13x120mm belt-fed machine gun chamber. Notably, the bolt carrier is interchangeable with a 25x120mm round, allowing for swift barrel swaps.
