This is a base i made to go with my movement tray https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3268512 it takes a 10mm x 1mm magnet I have included the source OpenSCAD file if you want to change any of the dimensions. UPDATE I have flipped the model upside down as it makes the magnet fit properly into the hole with no supports needed.
