25mm Gear-Motor Mount --- REV A

This is a motor mount specifically designed for use with budget-friendly 25mm gear motors (see the link below to purchase motors). All holes in this bracket are engineered to be tapped for M4 screws. The mounting holes are arranged in a rectangular pattern measuring 0.9 x 1.1 inches. The mount itself takes the form of a 1.5-inch cube. A center hole on any side is intended for a set screw, which secures the motor firmly in place. The motor can only be inserted from one direction. It features a vertically positioned large motor bore and a side with two holes facing upwards. This design prints more efficiently without supports, is optimized for use with a .4mm nozzle, and a 0.3mm layer height. This component is part of my modular 3D printed robot. As the design evolves, I'll update this page with links to the remaining parts of the robot. I plan to redesign this part to utilize threaded inserts instead of directly threading the plastic.
