I remixed the board to make it smaller (25mm) and have a solid base. It took me a while to assemble, because I printed the base and the squares all at 100% and my printer is not perfectly calibrated, so I had to sand down the squares to fit the holes. I used some CA glue (cyanoacrilate / superglue / La Gotita) and it worked perfectly. Materials needed: - White filament - Black filament - CA glue - Sandpaper (to make it all fit) You will need to print: - 2 half board base (white) - 30 regular squares (black) - 2 hinge square (black) - 2 hinges (white) As you can see in the pictures, I used a white base and a black one, to achieve that you need to mirror one of the bases. You can do it using your slicer program. Then you need to print: - 1 half board base (white) - 1 flipped half board base (black) - 15 black squares - 15 white squares - 1 black hinge square - 1 white hinge square Printed with supports and 20% infill. It's pretty solid. I also remixed a Star Wars chess box to go with it https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4791780
