25MM C Clamp
thingiverse
I'm building my 25 MM c clamp, a project I designed myself, and it's part of ongoing tests with threading and 3D printing. The design is a bit rough because it's an experimental step in the process. You can download the .step file to make custom clamps for your USB hubs and other desktop accessories. Feel free to modify it as needed. I printed this clamp on my Ender 3 using overhang support at 80% so that it wouldn't overhang in the threads. The female threads are full-size M12 x 1.75, but the screw has been scaled down by a factor of 0.01 for some reason. The clamp is very strong even in its current state, and I've put it to the test by smashing a few things. As you can see from the picture, the sides of the threads are exposed for visual inspection or testing of meshing.
