I designed a belt clamp for my custom CNC machine and this was the end result. This will securely hold a 25mm wide belt with a 5M HTD profile in place. It functions very well indeed. STL files are included, so you can easily print it yourself. The mount requires a 100% infill setting to be strong enough; anything less won't suffice.
