The bracket weighs 252g (0.555lb), and its structural integrity has been tested using ANSYS FEA with a minimum safety factor of 1.006. All three loading cases have been approved. The current printing orientation, as shown in the attached picture, minimizes support structures but may not optimize part strength. Alternatively, printing the bracket on its side could reduce printing time and enhance part strength by aligning the grain direction with bending stresses. However, this option was not submitted since it might increase the need for support structures.
