Upcycle Empty 250ml Aluminum Cans To Make Super Useful Small Part Organizer Trays! Create A Modular System That Lets You Stack Empty 250ml Cans As High And Wide As You Want To Build A Customizable Parts Organizing System. Benefits Of This Eco-Friendly System Include: The System Was Designed With Minimal Filament And No Support Material, Making It Easy To Print While Being Kind To The Environment. This Highly Modular System Allows You To Build As Much Small Parts Storage As You Can Fit Into Your Workspace. Re-Use Aluminum Cans That You Would Otherwise Discard To Create A Unique And Functional Organizer For Your Tools And Accessories. Instructions: Print 4 Lattice Frames And 6 Drawers For Each Drawer Module. Remove The Tops Of The Cans Using A Can Opener, Then Clean Up The Tops With Good Scissors. Reduce The Overall Height Of The Can (With Its Top Removed) To About 120mm To Match The Length Of The Drawer. Secure Each Can In Place By Adding A Small Drop Of Super Glue Gel Or Similar At The Bottom Of Each Trough In The Lattice Frame. Attach The Lattice Frames Together Using Super Glue Or Similar. Use Heavy Parts In The Bottom Drawers To Weigh Down The Base Of The System, Which Is Very Light. Alternatively, Screw The Back Of The Lattice Frame To A Wall To Secure The System. Print Settings: Use Biodegradable PLA Filament For This Project. Choose Standard Print Settings Based On Your Preferred Filament Type. No Support Material Required! Thanks For Downloading!
