I built a 250 race drone myself, which I'm currently testing and revising with plans to add a longer frame option too. Depending on the results, I might redesign it entirely instead of just tweaking it. If you're new to 3D printing or design like me, please feel free to point out any issues or suggest changes - I'll update the design accordingly. I've already printed and assembled this drone myself and everything seems to fit together smoothly without any problems. To reduce flex in the arms and pillars, I recommend using a high infill percentage. In my case, printing parts at 20% infill resulted in some flex on the arms but the body turned out fine with no issues and was surprisingly lightweight. If you have any ideas or recommendations for improving this design, let me know - I'll do my best to incorporate them into the next version.
