#25-well Gel Electrophoresis Comb This is a design for a #25-well gel electrophoresis comb, allowing users to load up to 12 samples simultaneously using a multichannel pipettor. The tips align with every other well. When printing, be cautious and let the gel cool before pouring. Attempting to pour boiling gel can cause warping of the print. Alternatively, consider printing in a more heat-resistant plastic. To ensure successful printing, lay the comb flat on its back during the process. Be careful when removing it from the print bed as the ends feature chamfers for easier detachment. However, be mindful that it is easy to break teeth during removal. This design was created using Fusion 360 and includes a file that enables users to easily modify the object in Fusion 360 if desired, allowing customization to fit different gel box requirements.
