25 series T-NUT

This is a simple 25 series 80/20 T-NUT that's designed to be easily modified. Just copy it from Tinkercad and change the hole size, which comes set at 5mm. No threads are needed - just twist in the bolt. If you increase the hole size by .05 mm (in metric), it will screw right in. I created these nuts because I was using plastic cable management brackets on some extrusion and didn't want to pay for expensive nuts. The load is minimal, so they're fine for this use case. However, I wouldn't recommend putting anything heavy on them. The T-NUT fits snugly, making it unnecessary to use a set screw when installing it on a vertical piece while you get your part fitted and bolted in place. Please note that this is not a roll-in nut. It's easy to extend the design to a double-nut or triple nut, or even attach it to the bottom of a cable management bracket or other item as needed. Simply make it a part and modify it freely.
