24V Power Supply cover / enclosure - FDPS-350A
thingiverse
I've recently upgraded my small desktop lathe with new BLDC motors as primary drive units and was dissatisfied with the exposed power supply connectors. The standard FDPS-350A 24V power supply is commonly sourced from China. To ensure safe operation and a convenient power connector, I designed and built this enclosure. Online designs didn't meet my requirements, so I created this custom solution. This design also allows me to repurpose the power supply for other projects in the future. The materials needed are: 1 FDPS-350A 24V Power Supply 1 IEC 320 C14 Mains connector 2 GX16-2 Metal Aviation Plug+Socket Connectors 1 Top Case - 3D Printed 1 Lower Case - 3D Printed 1 Support leg for case - 3D Printed 1 Support leg rear for power supply - 3D Printed 7 DIN912 M4x8mm socket head screws 3 ISO7380 M4x8mm socket button screws 2 M3x6mm countersunk screws Remember to take necessary safety precautions when assembling the unit. Feel free to use this design for personal projects.
