24V 400W Wheelchair Motor
grabcad
Realistic and dimensionally accurate to working device, the motor is a robust unit sourced from a large wheelchair, operating on 24 volts with a substantial 400-watt capacity. Notably, it features an integral 20:1 reduction gearbox, which amplifies its power output while reducing strain on the motor itself. A9Y1X04272 is the type designation for this particular model, one that presented a unique set of challenges during modeling. The intricate design of the gearbox posed difficulties in capturing its various odd shapes, necessitating visual best-guesses and careful drafting angles to achieve an accurate representation. To conserve model resources and maintain efficiency, I omitted the bolt heads from the original design. This motor is available in both left and right variants, differing primarily in their wire exits and park brake levers. These distinguishing features have been omitted from this model to ensure its universal applicability across different configurations. Created using Autodesk Inventor 2017, the *.ipt part file and a generic *.step format are provided for seamless integration into various projects.
