I upgraded my power supply's top cover and fans with a custom replacement that significantly reduced noise levels. The new setup features Y-mounted 100mm diameter fans salvaged from an old video card, which I cleverly adapted to fit the space. Although the design may require some tweaking to accommodate your specific fans, the concept and dimensions should provide a solid starting point for a quieter power supply.
