24mm Wrench
prusaprinters

I needed a 24mm wrench, so I designed a simple yet functional wrench. The size indication is only "engraved" on one side, as bed adhesion would be tricky if it was done on both sides.

Use relatively high perimeter count, bottom layers, top layers and infill percentage,
as those are the main parameters influencing the strength of the wrench.

This wrench should be printable on pretty much any 3D printer with a common bed size.

Support

If you'd like to support me for the 3D models I distribute for free, you can use the following AliExpress affiliate link: https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_AoUC8h

Whenever you buy something through this link, I get a small kickback without costs for you :)

Print Settings

Printer Brand: Anycubic

Printer: All-metal Mega

Rafts: No

Supports: No

Resolution: 0.2mm

Infill: 20%

Filament: ColorFabb nGen Gray Metallic
Notes:

I used 4 perimeters, 4 bottom layers, 4 top layers with a 20% honeycomb infill pattern.
First layer temperature was 225C, with all the other layers printed at 220C. The heated
bed had a temperature of 80C throughout the whole print. Parts cooling fan was turned off.
