24mm Flashlight Picatinny Swivel Mount
thingiverse
I wanted to attach a 24mm flashlight to my airsoft M4 replica's picatinny rail for better visibility in dark CQB fields. However, I found that a mounted holder wasn't ideal because it cast a shadow of my barrel wherever I aimed. To solve this issue, I designed a mount that can swivel to adjust the position of the flashlight and eliminate the barrel's shadow. I also recommend trying out the keymod pressure switch mount for this light and experimenting with color filter caps. Then, glue the sides into the grip, using the small ridges for optimal spacing for most 24mm flashlights. The required spring has an outside diameter of between 12-13.5mm and a length of around 10mm. **Custom Section** Operation GIF
