I made a cover for my 500 ml Urban 24bottles to prevent it from getting dented or scratched when I carry it with me. The cover is 1mm thick and is very snug, I recommend increasing the size of the cover by even 0.2-0.4 mm to make it easier to slip on and off the water bottle. Made some tests before sending the final print which will take about 4h. I used PLA as the material, but others such as TPU or PETG can also be used.
