240SX (S14) Windshield Washer Reservoir Cap V2

Since I purchased my 240SX several years ago, I never managed to find a windshield washer fluid reservoir cap or source one online, so I resorted to using duck tape to seal it. After repeatedly refilling the fluid, I finally decided to take action. I designed this cap based on my e46's cap, which is why it has a long bill. It took me several attempts to find settings that matched my measured dimensions. This is the result. Please note that your results may vary due to differences in printer calibration. The cap snaps into place and functions properly. I need to adjust the bill/flap size or make the base thicker to add the iconic windshield washing silhouette. --Update: 2018-10-09-- I uploaded version 2 of the part, as the long bill was causing issues, so I shortened it and added a ring to ensure the cap stays securely attached to the reservoir. To print this updated version, I recommend using flexible filament. I used PETG for my print.
