My bushing for the headlight motor rod end snapped so I designed and printed a new one. Need to drill out the end and use the metal insert from the old bushing to thread into the rod. I tried to use a helicoil for the threaded end but it deformed and started stripping the threads of the rod since the plastic is too soft.
