Let There Be Light... The Following Instructions Are Only Useful for Electrically Savvy Individuals. No Liability Is Assumed for Damages Resulting from This! LED Modules Can Be Connected Directly to a 24-Volt Power Supply. By Connecting Seven LEDs (See Circuit Diagram), the Operating Voltage Is Divided (24Volts / 7 = 3.4Volt) and Supplies Each Module with the Required Voltage. Each Module Has the Same Structure and Can Be Switched as Often as Required (Four Modules in My Case). For the Purchase of the Required Material, I Prepared a Shopping Basket at an Electronics Dealer: https://www.reichelt.de/?ACTION=20&AWKID=1284736&LANGUAGE=EN Two 16cm Long Copper Wires Are Used for One Module, as Shown in the Figures. It Starts with the Inner Two Holes. The Wire Is Folded 1.5 cm Outwards. Then the LEDs Are Pressed In (the Longer Leg is the Anode). The Diodes Are Each Connected from the Cathode to the Anode. LED1 Is Soldered from the Anode to the Plus Bus and LED7 Is Soldered from the Cathode to the Minus Bus. Remove on the Contact Surfaces the Varnish from the Wire - a Sharp Knife is Helpful. The Connections for the Positive Pole (+) I Marked with a Red Marker. A Function Check Can Now Be Performed. After Successful Lighting, the Isolation Tape Can be Fixed. In the Case of the Wrapped Diodes, the LED Is Exposed by a Cross-Cut on the Top. When Connecting the Terminal Block, a Wire is Bent So That the Module is Tilted 45 Degrees. The Following Installation in the Printer Must Be Carried Out with Attention, as There is Little Space Available! In the Case of Correct Wiring as Well as Connecting from One Module to Another, All 28 LEDs Should Light Up. The Total Current Consumption Is About 220mA (5.3Watt). A Suitable Fuse Is Strongly Recommended. Print Settings Printer: CTC 3D Printer Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Layer Height 0.2mm / 2 Shells Infill: 20% Notes: For the Enlargement of the Holes for the LEDs, I Had Used a 5mm Slotted Screwdriver. Update 30.12.2016: Due to Electrical Tolerances of the Operating Voltage as Well as the LEDs, the Bar Was Expanded to Eight for Security.
