When I first 3D printed the original design for the gear rack, it quickly became apparent that the teeth were prone to breaking under the intense pressure exerted by our motor. To address this issue, I made a conscious decision to revamp the design with slightly thicker teeth, taking into account the structural integrity and durability required for optimal performance.
