The recommended infill percentage for Keck clips is 75%, with 4-5 layers of surface. Solid infill may cause connecting loops to crack and split due to concentrated stress at the apex. However, this doesn't seem to affect strength when using less than solid infill, as it distributes flexing forces more evenly. After applying the clip, ensure that the two joints are properly seated above the male joint's shoulder by giving them a gentle tug. Also, note that (ABS) clips weaken at 90°C and yield around 100°C; do not use for large flasks or assemblies under such temperature conditions.
