23DT (2.3" Ducted Thing) for babyhawk gear

This is a 'true duct' frame specifically designed for Emax BabyHawk flight gear that significantly reduces its weight by harnessing the thrust and efficiency gained from ducted propellers. Version 1 has already been built, tested, and this is an upgraded version 2. The frame is printed with hollow single walls, then post-printing, expanding polyurethane foam is injected for exceptional strength. Details on the RCG thread can be found at https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?2971472-23DT-the-3d-printed-Micro-130-with-true-ducts-Emax-BabyHawk-Gear This version is still a work in progress, with some issues regarding the front clip area for the fuselage cover/lid that print somewhat unevenly but do function properly, allowing the lid to snap into place. UPDATE: The uploaded lid file was scaled for my printer and has been revised. Additionally, I forgot to include the camera strap; however, all parts have now been updated. Highly recommended is printing this in PETG due to its ability to provide the necessary strength and flexibility. For further information on the design and polyfoam injection, please refer to the RCG thread mentioned above. A video demonstrating the frame can be viewed at https://youtu.be/8Yme381TRuw.
