2342-2018-Win-01-A-Winch to lift robot

This is a modular winch designed to lift a 150 lb FRC robot 36" in approximately 3 seconds. It uses two RS775Pro motors and a number of VexPro off the shelf components. Most of the required machining is in a single 3" box tube. This model does not include the nylon ratchet strap (required to wrap around the winch drum) or the method we used to attach it (drilling and tapping a 10-32 screw through the strap and drum, with a washer).
