I'm excited about my latest DIY project - repairing the worn-out leather strap on my watch. The smell of decay was getting worse by the end of each day, and it was literally falling apart at the seams. Thankfully, I had some TPU material on hand to save the day! After modeling the new design, I carefully removed the old hardware from the original strap and installed it onto the sleek new one. It wasn't perfect at first - that little loop needed a bit of work on my trusty bench grinder to make it more comfortable against my wrist. But with some TLC, I managed to get it just right!
