A ventilator splitter/divider capable of expanding one unit into four is proposed as a potential solution to alleviate the ventilator shortage caused by COVID-19. This device would serve as a last resort for life-saving purposes, and its use comes with inherent risks that must be carefully considered. The prototype has been tested under extreme pressure conditions of 10psi (ten times the standard operating pressure), demonstrating its ability to withstand such forces. Manufactured from printed PETG, this splitter/divider boasts an actual outer diameter size of 22.37mm. A nozzle with a precision of .06MM and an infill ratio of 25% was used to achieve optimal results. Supports were only added in areas where additional structural reinforcement was necessary, specifically at the brace points.
