22mm Tube/Conduit Clamp - "F" Style - as long as you want it to be
thingiverse
MStence crafted a well-designed clamp, an F-style variant found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2767847, which fits snugly onto standard 3/4" conduit. To create a long clamp that holds oversized items together, simply apply standard conduit or tube. After printing MStence's design, I attempted to purchase 3/4" conduit/pipe but found it challenging to obtain in DIY shops throughout The Netherlands. Perhaps I should have checked availability before starting the print job. Twenty-two millimeter outer diameter tube/conduit is easily accessible in Europe, particularly in The Netherlands, either as general-purpose construction tubing or 22mm central heating tubing. Therefore, I redesigned key components to accommodate 22mm and also modified the design to allow for assembly with metric bolts and nuts. To assemble this clamp, you will need: - One M6 x 40mm bolt and an M6 locking nut - One M4x15mm bolt and an M4 nut - A piece of 22mm tube of your chosen length I retained the original naming convention and added millimeter sizes to the file names for the modified parts. The 'Screw', 'Screw Pad', and 'Live end Catch' components are included for convenience, courtesy of MStence's original design.
