22mm Pipe Shower Curtain Tiewrap Rail Bracket

I crafted a shower curtain rod from 22mm copper water pipe and end-feed fittings. I finished it off with a glossy black coat and needed some custom hangers. I wanted something fast and unadorned - this design stood out to me. It uses black nylon cable ties to actually secure the shower curtain rod to the brackets. The ties pass through the body of the bracket and are tightened over the rod, holding it firmly in the sculpted grooves. The ties also eliminate the need for any unnecessary complex clip designs to hold the rod. This design allows for mounting with an 8mm diameter head screw of a suitable length.
