I designed this in Solidworks after discovering that Anthonywob's recommended fan duct wouldn't work with my specific E3D clone. Frustrated by the lack of suitable options, I found 40mm fan ducts but they didn't fit TNS's x-carriage because it forces you to mount the fan lower, causing a melting fan mount issue, so I quickly created this custom design in Solidworks.
