22lr Spinning Dispenser
prusaprinters

A .22lr ammunition dispenser, with a spinning lid. Each stepped segment dispense 5 cartridges.

It has two different lids to choose from:

A solid lid.

Same lid, but with added inspection holes.

UPDATE:
I modified the bottom part to make the dispenser stackable. Please let me know if it works or not.
You might have you use a slightly shorter screw, otherwise it can crack or poke through the bottom center where the recess was made.

-The “holeplate” can be printed with a very low infill since it isn't under any real load. So no need to to waste plastic on heavy infill.

Hardware:

I used a M5 ~30mm woodscrew and a matching spring washer to assemble it.
If you use the stackable bottom part you might want to have a slightly shorter screw.

Post print:

-You might want to runt a 6mm drill through each hole to clean them up from stringing and blobs.
Or if the print settings aren't dialed in so that the holes are slightly to tight.

-You might have to run a countersink tool into the divots in the lid (the small ones in the center that line up with the studs on the holeplate. Which makes the lid snap into each segment).
PETG can ooze a bit and almost fill those divots up completely.

-If the snapping function doesn't work properly (for example if you don't have a spring washer, or if the studs snap off), you can just remove the studs on the holeplate completely.

I had some issues with the studs breaking off with PETG, depending on the brand and even sometimes just a different color of the same brand.

When assembled the lid should be flush with the edge of the bottom part.
If it's not seated properly:
-Make sure the holeplate is in the correct position.
-Check the divots in the lid, and the studs on the holeplate. So that they actually fit together properly and let the lid rest on the holeplate.

<oembed url="https://youtu.be/3ixBhVE_GwI"></oembed>
